Interested can contact on 7738501666 OR email resume to deepa@mmcindia.biz Job & Requirement and Responsibility - Must be a CA at least 10+ years of relevant work ex in International Accounts and Taxation - Domain expertise - In Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sector - Bachelors/Master's degree would be an additional advantage. - Should have leadership skills and experience across multiple countries - Experience with IFRS is essential for this role - International Taxation and Transfer Pricing knowledge required Role and Responsibility: - Preparation of monthly financial MIS,P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows - Monitoring & Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Ledgers - Financial analysis including commentary on monthly financial performance - Preparation of annual budgets/plans, financial forecasts including cash profitability - Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures - Manage financial & secretarial compliance to ensure rigorous and ethical standards of compliance with external requirements (Companies Act, GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS) and internal company policies (Accounting, Risk Management etc). - Take ownership of Direct & Indirect tax payments, compliance & litigation. - International Taxation, withholding tax, DTAA, 15CA, etc.
