Head - Accounts - Healthcare - CA

Job Profile:

This role will form an integral part of the finance team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans over the next 5 - 7 years

- Financial accounting - preparation of monthly balance sheet and consolidation of financial statements. Responsible for Closing of books of accounts

- Exposure to IndAS as per the latest financial regulatory is must to have

- MIS & Reporting - manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, and legal compliance reports

- Generating monthly MIS reports to provide feedback to Managing Director on financial performance

- Compliance - strong command over statutory compliances

- Audit - lead external and internal audit process

- To ensure that company financial reports are prepared in compliance with policies and IndAS requirements

- Manage internal & external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered accountant with 8-15 years of experience in a manufacturing setup is a must for this role

- Strong exposure in IndAS is must

- Exposure in International accounting is good to have

- Ability to manage external stakeholders such as audit committees

- MBA / CS / ICWA equivalent qualification along with CA degree would be an added advantage
