Looking for Head of Accounts and Finance for one of the NBFCs based at Hyderabad. Criteria : Qualified : CA Mandatory work experience in NBFC for 3 + years. Overall experience between 6- 10 yrs. Job Location : Hyderabad - Finalization of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Financial Statements. - Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. - Overseeing various financial functions such as accounting, financial reporting, taxation, banking &amp; treasury, budgeting, financial planning &amp; analysis, compliance and submission of financial and management reports to the senior management. - Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation. - Circulation of entity level Profit and Loss MIS along with commentary on variances on monthly basis.
