Job Description : - Lead month end processes, monthly forecasts and yearly plans. Deliver robust financial reporting. - Develop and implement Internal Controls, and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures - Drive operational performance through robust financial analysis, resource allocation decision and analysis, capital requisition and management. - Work cross-functionally to identify gaps and cost reduction opportunities. Support lean activities and identify areas of focus. - Audit and compliances : Ensure compliance with company policy, procedure &amp; Process and support various audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, CAD What You Need To Succeed : - Cost accounting background is a plus. - Managerial experience is critical. - Excellent communications, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills - Excellent presentation skills to present operating results to various leadership teams
