Head - Accounts & Finance - CA - NBFC (13-23 yrs)
At this time we have been mandated by our client to search for a Head of Accounts & Finance for their office in Pune. The client is a niche NBFC firm based in Pune.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Heading the Accounts, Finance & Taxation for the firm
- Heading the Audit & Banking function
- Ensuring all Statutory compliances are met
- Ensuring all reporting to the Board
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Be a CA
- Have 13+ years of experience
- Have atleast 3 years of experience as a Head of the Function
- Have experience in Leading a team
- Have experience in all areas of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit
- Have very good experience in reporting to the Board
- Have experience Banking relations and Fund Raising/Mgt
- Must have some experience in working with an NBFC / Banking / Fin Services / Lending Firm
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Be from Pune or ready to relocate
