Head of Accounts and Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Conduct Internal Audit, Analysis and Finalization of Internal Audit Report, Studying Existing Internal Control System through the Audit Process & evaluate the findings with management and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

- Supervise Plant accounts team

- Handle factory accounts finalization, payments, procurement of material, vendor coordination, monthly MIS and P&L for management plant performance review.

- Manage Profit & Loss & costing processes

- Handling independently indirect tax & direct tax statutory liability payment & returns

- Administer GST, VAT, TDS, TCS compliance

- Ensure timely closure of all monthly activities.

- Accurate and timely upkeep of financial records

- Control cost and identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost & ensuring compliance to applicable tax laws.

- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Experience in Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

- Qualified CA would be preferred.
