Head - Accounts & Finance

Head - Accounts & Finance (Tamil must) - CA

The Head - Accounts (HA) will be responsible for Accounting, Taxation and regulatory compliances, Finance and Financial processes and MIS. He / She will also coordinate the Budgeting activity, analyze the actual performance with respect to the Budgets/ Targets and provide analysis of variances.

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential F&A functions:

a) Accounting: Record to Report process including Statutory and Internal Audit of the company.

b) Taxation: Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns etc.

c) Finance: Financial Management including Cash Flow management, working capital management, banking relationships etc.

d) AR/AP: Control the receipts and payments as per company policies and requirements.

Budgeting and MIS:

a) Coordinate and formulate operational and Financial Budgets/ Targets

b) Analyse and present variance analysis

Education, skills and traits:

- CA /ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with min of 5 years of relevant experience in the IT services industry

- Experience of managing US/ Europe/ Japan entity books (preferable)

- Expertise in Financial modeling (MS Office)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
