Head - Accounts - CA (10-15 yrs)
Job Description: The role will include but not limited to the following:
Qualification - Chartered Accountant Must
- Handling Day-to-Day operational financial activities.
- Fund Raising for both Debt & Equity
- Proper and timely recording of all the transactions in accounting package/software
- Ensure proper record keeping & documentation for all the transactions
- Statutory compliances like GST, TDS, FEMA and other regulatory compliance's
- Ensuring Bank Reconciliation
- Month end closure of books of accounts as per accounting standards and ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.
- MIS & variance analysis
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Cash Management and Working Capital Management
- Taxation
- Handling and closure of Statutory Audit with aggressive deadlines.
- Ensure Management & Operational Policies to be efficient and in line with budgetary allocations
- Define SOP and adherence to the same
- Handling and closure of internal audit
- Coordination with banks on credit lines, managing post disbursement compliances
- Ensuring effective and prompt investor communication at Trust and ARC level
