As the Head of Accounts and Finance theincumbent will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the organization. The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of financial functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making processes.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for improving financial performance.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Communicate financial results and analysis to the executive team and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial health.

Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring the team's professional development.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Contract and Project Financial Management:

- Collaborate with project managers to oversee the financial aspects of construction projects.

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.

Dealing with All Bankers:

- Liaison with all leading Bankers for Project Finance and other Accounting purposes

Secretarial, SEBI and Stock Exchange :

- Preparation of Directors Reports, Corporate Governance.

- Co-ordination with Secretarial Auditors in Compliance Audit.

- Filling and filing various forms with ROC and Stock Exchange.

- Compliance with the procedures under the Companies Act.

- Uploading Quarterly and Annual Results of Company at SEBI site.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a significant portion in the IT industry.

- Proven track record of successful financial leadership in a senior management role.

- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

- Proficiency in using financial management software and tools.
