Head of Shared Services Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Plan, develop and manage the Accounting Shared Service function to effectively achieve cost savings &amp; drive controllership - Reviewing Financial Statements and supporting them with analytical reviews and audit query management - Ensure Direct Tax &amp; Indirect Tax compliances - Identify risks within operations and put preventive controls to mitigate the risks for surprise free operations - Proactively identify &amp; implement best practices across People, Process, Policy &amp; Technology to drive efficiency &amp; controls - Identify &amp; implement new technologies to drive process automation to build system based controls and drive efficiency - Create an environment that encourages employee motivation &amp; retention, high levels of employee engagement and ensures employee satisfaction. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects
