Head - Accounting/Reporting/Group Consolidation - Manufacturing

- Lead the financial Accounting, Reporting and Consolidation process, including indirect tax compliance.

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, reports, financial statements, and analyses in accordance with IndAS, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and regulations with respect to GST, Customs duty, and other indirect taxes

- Independently oversee statutory audits and its compliances

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and relevant to decision making.

- Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
