Scope & Purpose:

Direct and manage instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.

Responsibility:

- General Administration of College.

- Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed.

- Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success.

- General administration and overall supervision of teaching programmers.

- Supervision of students welfare, disciple, health and security services.

- Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers.

- Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments.'

- Recruitment of staff and admission of students.

- Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential.

- Should handles college affiliations and inspections happen in colleges.

- Should have expertise knowledge of Naaac and NBA.

- To achieve academic excellence and overall developments of students.

- Understand the faculty's training needs and focus on faculty's overall developments.

- Meeting and listening to concerns of students & teachers on a regular basis.

- Responsibility for conducting the examinations.

- Supervision of living conditions of students in hostel.

- Maintenance of permanent records of students.

- Preparation of reports.

- Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution.

- Enforcing discipline as & when necessary.

- Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the College.

- Performing public relations duties for the College.

- Procurement of College equipment's, supplies, stationery.

- Preparation of budgetary proposals.

- Supervision of hostel and office staff.

- Participation in the College's committee work.
