We are India's hottest start up funded by Tiger Global and Nirvana advisors looking at expanding our team And looking for the following result oriented professionals to build our organization.   Position: Head- Head- 3PL Operations  Location: Noida   Job Responsibilities   - Responsible for day to day and long term relationship management with third party logistics partners, reconciliation, billing and overall cost of delivery  - Responsible for team of up to ten which will co-ordinate with courier partners for timely delivery of goods  - Ability to monitor and enhance the Customer experience (all the technical settings, analysis of the failures, addressing them and helping fix them)   - MBA/B.E. / B.Tech is preferred  - Preferably from e-commerce background  Candidate must have to ability to design end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, gaps)  - Ability to develop and manage 3PL service providers especially for categories like White Goods and Furniture   Should be presently working with an e-commerce, marketplace companies in India.
