HDFC Sales - Senior Manager - Business Intelligence Unit

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Processes and Software

- Assess and understand current processes and attendant software

- Prepare documents detailing changes required

- Liaise with the IT team of HDFC and HSPL helping prepare the support document for the software team

- MIS

- Manage existing MIS

- Interact with management and provide necessary MIS both on a one-off and also on a permanent basis

- Devise the MIS for all levels of Hierarchy across all departments

- Supervise the MIS team and ensure delivery

- Liaise with the IT team in creating the MIS formats and platforms for delivery of MIS

- Assist the CEO with analysis of MIS and also in preparing data/ presentation for the board meets

- Provide data analytics to Sales & Operations team and Management

- Process Mapping

- Audit implementation of processes defined and agreed upon

- Product Manager

- Responsible for disseminating new processes and policies

- Understand new products and policies of the competition and suggest changes to processes and devise new products

Other Activities :

- Financial modelling & valuation

- Financial administration & analysis

- Forecasting & budget

- Market & competitor analysis

- Stakeholder management

- Performance management

Eligibility :

- Must be an MBA

- Must have team handling experience

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Mortgages / Home Loan business

- Should have good communication skills

- Strong interpersonal, analytical & statistical skills

- Expertise in working on excel & PowerPoint presentation

- Ability to understand business

- Preferably from BFSI industry
