HDFC Realty - Regional Manager - Channel Sales (6-12 yrs)
HDFC Realty is an end-to-end Real Estate advisory company with a pan-India presence across 23 key cities and a 300+ team of experienced professionals.
- Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
- We are looking for a Regional Manager- Channel Sales resource in Delhi
Kindly find below brief on the role :
The incumbent would :
- Establishing and creating broker network in a given territory.
- Maintaining relationship with brokers and ensuring that transaction are closed as per the target assigned
- Generating revenue through brokers as per the organization's goal
- Providing inputs in standardizing process for broker vertical
- Strategizing business plan for broker vertical with Regional Head and National Head
- Providing marketing and training support as and when required
- Organizing and participating in various events with channel partners
- Ensuring regular backend support to all channel partners
- Recruiting a team of Account Managers and executive for sales through broker network
- Training and motivating team to achieve desired results
- Maintaining performance reports and conducting audits on a regular basis
- Represent the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.
Job Specific Skills :
- Self motivated individual with relevant experience in Channel sales
- Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Possesses Analytical and leadership skills.
