HDFC Realty - Manager/Senior Manager - Consulting & Valuation (5-8 yrs)
HDFC Realty is an end-to-end Real Estate advisory company with a pan-India presence across 23 key cities and a 300+ team of experienced professionals.
- Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
- We are looking for a Consulting and Valuation resource in Mumbai and Bangalore
Incumbent would :
- Technically assess and evaluate Residential and Commercial assets of clients as per their requirements
- Be involved in business development for valuation assignments and create new demand in the market
- Conduct due diligence, research and execute assignment and present verified reports on consulting and valuation within specified timelines
- Manage a team of resources and mentor them on their projects
Job specification :
The ideal candidate would :
- Have excellent consulting acumen and have good verbal and written communication skills
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Be detail oriented and good client facing skills
- Preferably, have 2-3 years of work experience (however. This would not be a constraint for the right candidate
