HDFC Realty is an end-to-end Real Estate advisory company with a pan-India presence across 23 key cities and a 300+ team of experienced professionals.
Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
We are looking at senior resources for Consulting & Valuation role. Kindly find below brief on the role.
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Consulting & Valuation Head
Job Description:-
- The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, account management during duration of the assignment, deliverable quality and process management.
- The candidate shall be expected to mentor team members reporting into the said position and also largely be involved in raising the knowledge bar in the team.
- The candidate will be responsible for Business Development across cities
- The candidate is expected to have significant consulting acumen and have good knowledge on valuations.
Job Specification:-
Experience: 8 years +
Qualification: PGDM, MBA, M.Arch or an equivalent degree( Preferably from NICMAR or RICS)
Sectors: Real Estate Consulting firms, Infrastructure Consulting Firms, Management Consulting Firms (with experience in real estate), Corporate Real Estate teams in MNCs & Banks. Real Estate Consulting & Valuation Experience is a must.
