A) Business Sourcing:
Responsible for sourcing of Rural Housing Finance business as per the budgets assigned
To identify the villages/government offices/corporates etc. for generating business and maintenance of database for target customers
B) Processing of RHF Business/Appraisals
Field visits/Income appraisal of all Rural Income cases
Centralized Processing of Files through Hub
Preparing Crop Reports and monitoring of the crops of region
C) Training & Development
Training of HDFC Staff at Branch & Service Centers at regular intervals
Training of executives of HDFC Sales, HDFC Bank, Third Party DSAs at regular intervals.
Training of Call Center staff & Coordination with Call Center for generating leads
Reviewing Lead Management pertaining to RHF leads
D) Marketing & Sales
Sales Promotion activities with help of sales channels
Regular visits to various locations/service centers/corporates for business generation
F) Follow Up
Follow up of default cases (Monitoring of disbursed cases on monthly basis)
G) Market Watch
Taking feedback from field staff for improvement/modifications of product/appraisal process
Regular interactions with Lead Banks, Farmers, Govt. bodies, other Banks so as to get updated information regarding agricultural practices, Scale of Finance etc.
