HDFC Limited - Legal Role - Recoveries/Collections - LLB/LLM

1. Should have sound knowledge of Code of Civil Procedure; Code of Criminal Procedure; Indian Penal Code; Companies Act; Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC); SARFAESI Act, 2002; Transfer Of Property Act; Consumer Laws, etc.

2. Should have sound knowledge of laws relating to mortgage lending.

3. Experience in strategizing legal action on loan accounts; litigation, action under various laws

4. Should have experience in monitoring / MIS

5. Should be very well versed in drafting various legal documents/letters/replies including drafting of replies with respect to various court actions.

6. Experience in drafting and filing criminal complaints/ FIRs;

7. The candidate should be willing to travel.

8. Would prefer having sound and fluent command over written and spoken English and should also know Hindi

9. Good knowledge of MS-OFFICE.
