HDFC Limited - Legal Role - Credit Risk Management Legal Department - LLB/LLM (6-11 yrs)
The profile for Credit Risk Management CRM-legal is as under :
1) Qualifications: LL.B or LL.M.
Should have sound knowledge of Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Companies Act, SARFAESI Act,2002,Transfer Of Property Act, etc.
2) Work Experience: 7-10 year of work experience working in the legal department of any bank/NBFC/HFI/ARC is required.
Should be very well versed in drafting various legal documents/letters and replies to notices. The candidate with experience in filing Criminal Complaints/FIRs, taking possessions etc. will be preferred .
Experience in handling SARFESI related matters and litigation is a must. Experience in filing criminal complaints/FIRs/liaison with Govt depts./police department would be desired
3) Other qualities: The candidate should be willing to travel, if required.
4) Would prefer a having sound and fluent command over written and spoken English and Kannada
The candidate should have a good attitude and interest in learning with integrity
He should be resourceful and be prepared to take challenging assignments particularly in criminal matters involving frauds
He should be polite but firm on legal matters, and should be able to work out alternate solutions within the frame of law so that he would augment confidence of the recovery officers
Knowledge of MSOFFICE is essential.
