The selected candidate shall be responsible for:
- Scrutinizing and verifying title of the properties offered as security.
- Negotiating, liaisoning and coordinating with developers (clients) and their in-house legal team / solicitors / advocates etc.
- Identifying potential lending / legal risks associated with title of the properties and working out risk mitigation measures.
- Legal research.
- Legal compliances in relation to creation of security. The candidate shall be responsible for:

Experience
- The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of real estate transactions.
- Should specialize in title scrutiny / title investigation and real estate related due diligence.
- Preferably with relevant experience of atleast 3-5 years.
Education and Professional Qualification
- LLB from a reputed college / university. Masters in Law with specialization in real estate laws will be an added advantage.

- Be capable of multitasking i.e. simultaneously working on multiple projects and catering to the requirements of clients.
- Have deep interest in / understanding of real estate.
- Have excellent communication skills and organization skills.
- Have sound legal acumen with extreme attention to minute details and controls.
