Scrutiny of builder master files, loan documentation for corporate as well as individual housing loans, processing corporate loans, which includes perusal of title deeds forming part of security for the loan disbursed, handling compliance issues, security creation and disbursement of loans.

- Legal Knowledge in respect of real estate transactions- conversant with relevant property related laws/ Acts - eg. The Transfer of Property Act, The Gujarat Stamp Act, The Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act - etc

- Candidate should be able to work independently in respect of Legal Appraisals of individual properties and developer projects - vetting title documents & revenue records and undertaking searches for arriving at an opinion of marketability of the title.

- Should be conversant with SARFAESI Act and The Negotiable Instrument Act for assisting recoveries of dues - coordinating with advocates and should be conversant with court procedures.

- Should be well versed with English / Gujarati languages and should be able to independently draft various documents, legal notices, etc.

The candidate must have relevant knowledge on Property Laws, Business Laws, Corporate laws and ability in drafting various legal documents. The candidate must possess excellent command over English (spoken and written) and should be proficient in Gujarati. The candidate should have the ability to explain and guide a layman about legal documents required for property transactions with considerable patience and empathy and ensure that his/her legal knowledge promotes the growth of business.

Minimum work Experience- 8- 12 Years
