Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances (Traditional)
- Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, banks etc spaces in the Life Insurance industry.
- Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments.
- Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics.
- Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected.
- Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate who has experience in acquisition or on boarding new partners or B2B alliances.
- Experience: 6+ years experience post MBA
