DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in PSU space in the Life Insurance industry. - Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments - Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics - Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected - Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
