- Manage end to end project delivery with measurable expected outcomes.
- Closely work with digital partners to understand pain areas, opportunities, feedback and translate them into projects to increase digital business.
- Drive overall success of projects with partners and internal departments.
- Take proactive initiatives on tech, process, products, governance etc to improvement business and conversion ratios.
- Understand partner's expectations and deliver new enablements for ease in selling on partner's platform.
- Work on customer buying journeys of partners and add value on tech enablement.
- Drive projects with partner's team by gaining top of mind recall of the partner.
- Maintain regular visibility of project's progress and impact post go-live.
- Competition benchmarking on grounds of product, process and tech at ongoing basis.
- Gather feedback which act as feed for new product releases, tech projects and process enhancements.
- Ensure shorter TAT's and on-time delivery of the projects.
- Planning participation with partners to strategize and execute initiatives & project plans.
Candidate Requirement : BE/ B.Tech + M. Tech/MBA/Exe. MBA with 2-3 years of experience in insurance project management role.
- Knowledge about online business and tech projects.
