- Business Planning & Strategy to consider macro factors and past trend analysis
- Review and course correction of sales plans to incorporate organizational / regulatory changes if any
- Provide inputs to channel partner on improvement of productivity and development
- Achieve CP targets and ensure all efficiency parameters are in place as per target
- Analytic to improve efficiency parameters like Value penetration, Unit Penetration and LCR ( Loan coverage ratio)
- Evaluate channel specific quarterly sales and marketing activity planner and provide suggestions
- Ensure timely payouts to Channel partners as per the SLA.
- Coordinate with field sales team to improve field engagement
- MIS on multiple strategic business inputs / initiatives for the HDFC Life sales team to drive the same along with channel partners distribution
- Planning and ensuring high activity amongst the partner's distribution network.
Candidate Requirement:
- MBA/PGDM with 4+ years of experience in account management or relationship management.
- BFSI industry preferred
