HDFC Life - Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Ecosystems

- Help in developing and enhancing specific platforms

- Study and understand the needs for customer segments related to the platform

- Conduct sessions with stakeholders to understand their views, provide ideas and help in taking decisions

- Analysis of information and data related to the specific platform usage

- Work with Sales, Operations, Technology and other teams to get their requirements

- Work with external stakeholder/ partners/ vendors to integrate with the platform

- Coordinating with various stakeholders for different modules and tracking them

- Designing the test scenarios, conducting and getting the testing done within timelines for a successful go live

- Ensuring that the design is as per the needs and brings efficiency to the existing processes

- Drive usage and adoption of the developed platform

- Measure performance against the defined Success metrics & delivery against the same

- Drive partner/sales feedback for consistent development, on-boarding & integration developments

- Taking up special projects time to time to meet organizational needs
