HDFC Life - Deputy Manager - CRM - Project Management (3-8 yrs)
Purpose of the job :
As the Role is for project management coordinator in CRM department.
- The incumbent is expected to ensure completion of all operations activities related to project management.
- This include resource allocations, daily track on the progress of projects, Timely escalation & updation, pitch in for creation of presentation for MBR etc
Duties & Responsibilties:
- The incumbent is expected to perform all tasks in close relation with the project manager & other relevant stakeholders (including external partners)
The primary tasks include :
a. Ensuring that all the projects are running on time, ensuring the governance measures & resource are in place
b. Timely Follow-up / escalations and ensure that action items mentioned is completed
c. Taking care of all operational tasks for the department when it comes to external integration like NDA creation of PR / PO etc creation of service agreement and so on
