Job Purpose :
To increase market share on Acquiring & Issuance business through customized close user group (CUG) payment ecosystem to Mid & large corporate and enhance Digital foot prints at B2B payments through alliances with Airlines,Travel partners and large key merchants.
Job Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Drive sales volume assigned for the zone.
- Drive sales team to acquire corporate for B2B Account Receivable & Account Payable solutions.
- Drive digital presence of payment solutions including Payzapp through Alliances with large corporate/merchants.
- Drive X sell of Super Premium Cards.
- Drive X sell of asset and liability products.
- Generate leads for working capital solutions to NTB Corporates.
- Drive Travel Alliance for CTA implementation.
- Drive PHR enhancement on portfolio corporate.
Cross Functional :
- Develop customized AR/AP solutions for SMEs & large Corporations in coordination with Product team.
- Co-ordinating with cross functional dept (WBG) to generate awareness, demand and leads for sales and periodic update to business units on developments.
- Work very closely with Product team on Digitalization to tap the potential and build portfolio on B2b-CPS & Digital products like UPI, Bharat Scan, Payzapp for business etc.
- Drive sales team to implement digital Payment Solutions like-UPI,P4B,BQR,Payzapp.
- Drive sales team productivity & KRA achievement.
Educational Qualifications :
- Post-Graduation or graduation with relevant experience in b2b sales & team management.

Experience Required :
- Minimum experience in years - 4 yr
