User Experience Specialist - Digital Banking - HDFC Bank - Mumbai
The primary role of a Sr. UX Specialist is to support Team Leads in completing all user centered design / UX projects.
Job Responsibilities :
User Exp management
- Analyze existing sites / products and identify User Experience issues
- Create profiles, personas, scenarios, site maps, wireframes and other artifacts to support the user centered design process with the guidance of a team lead
- Collaborate with the visual design team and UI development team to produce pixel-perfect end products
Understanding of user centered design principles
- Ability to analyze UX issues, design wireframes, and conduct end user validation.
- Formal education in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, information science, or equivalent
- Ability to work well within cross functional teams
- Exceptional observation and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should be currently working.
