PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure prompt and proper setting up of limits, creation of security and releasing of facilities adhering to the TAT prescribed and the linking of the limits to the accounts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall monitoring, supervision and control of the processing activities as under

1. Follow up of case creation to ensure that original documents are received within 3 days of request made.

2. To ensure that all the entries are authorized at the end of the day in all the systems

3. Ensuring that all the parameters in are updated and authorized on same day and rectifications based on the call back reports are made on the same day and necessary reports to MIS in this regard are submitted

4. Interest rate review at periodic interval and corrective action wherever required

5. Drawing power updations in the system are properly done based on the stock and book debts statements

6. Deferrals are raised as per stipulations and are closed promptly upon compliance.

7. Insurance updations and verification of adequacy of cover are done properly

8. Timely generation of LADs and sending to RMs well in advance and monitoring the receipt thereof.

9. To ensure availability of the credit and document files.

10. Reconciliation of limits with UBS/Finware

Periodic visits to all the centre's for interaction with Business people and hubs for setting right problems and grievances

1. Checking of security documents and ensuring that the same are scanned in

2. Guiding staff/RMs on documentation/operational matters

3. Audit compliance

4. To train staff under processing unit.
