1. Priority Sector Lending - Monitoring & Strategy
- Devising and managing PSL strategy of the Bank
- Tracking and monitoring of PSL business, target-achievement
- Ascertaining impact of changes in regulatory / business environment
- Determining business division-wise plan for the year & tracking achievement
- Review of division level PSL position as against their target / plan / historic trend
- Liaising with business divisions / treasury for incremental requirement
- Computation of business division-wise ANBC
- Determining economic viability of RIDF from time to time
- Presentation to PSL Steering committee comprising senior management on quarterly basis
- Undertaking actionables arising therefrom
- Submission of Calendar of Review of PSL performance to the Board
- Structuring of system based PSL MIS
- The role requires close engagement with business teams on continuous basis and interaction with senior management.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Qualified CA
- Min. 2 yrs of experience in Banking
