HDFC Bank - Team Leader - Business Banking Operations

The role require strong knowledge of Business Banking lending products, handling limit setting of West region.

Understanding of sanction terms and conditions and how the same to be tracked at centralized operations level.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1) Ensure limit setting within TAT

2) Close co-ordination within co-team members and ensuring daily volumes are tracked and processed.

3) Regular review of the present process for improvements.

4) Review of processes and providing Ideas for automation.

5) Responsible for issue resolution observed at the time for disbursement processing.

6) Responsible for User Acceptance Test and implementation for system enhancements

7) Ensure regular review of housekeeping exceptions.

8) Daily monitoring of deferred GL's for PAN India.

9) Ensuring new hired employees are trained and are upto the curve.

10) Ensuring process circulars and changes are implemented within the team

Minimum Requirement

1) Full Time graduate/post graduate

2) Minimum 13 yrs of experience in Business Banking Operations

3) Good Communication Skills

4) Must have managed a team
