HDFC Bank - Senior Officer - Fraud & Vigilance (4-9 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Maintaining MIS and tracking of all Whistle Blower & Anonymous complaints & their investigations
- Ensuring all such cases referred are sent to the relevant Investigating Officers for Investigations
- Tracking of all Vigilance and employee related investigations
- Carry out Investigation of cases that are referred to self and ensure closure of the same within TAT.
- Identifying gaps and errors in system and liaising with BTG for early solution. (Future requirement)
- Periodical publishing of MIS and pendency to stakeholders
Notes to Management :
- Preparation and submission of notes placed before Management/Board
- Tracking of queries and implementation of recommendations
Follow Up :
- Follow up with relevant stake holder/team for completion of investigation and submission of reports to Senior Management.
- Follow up and update action taken on erring employees.
- Tracking and implementation of recommendations of released reports
Response:
- Ensure providing periodic/adhoc data/response/s to stake holders on WB/ Vigilance in due consultation with seniors
- Handle queries raised by Internal / External entities.
