HDFC Bank - Senior Manager/AVP/Team Leader - Trade Finance Operations (8-15 yrs)
Minimum Qualification : Graduate (Full Time)
Experience : Minimum Eight Years of relevant experience in Trade Finance.
Job objective or overall purpose statement :
- Increase in the Quality and Quantity of the processing
- To check and authorize transactions within regulations, adherence to internal processes and ensuring customer service within defined TAT and manage team deliverables
- To strengthen staff knowledge and productivity.
- To acquire and enhance Knowledge / skill in Trade Finance
- To support and strengthen Business and branches with Trade business
- To be in tune with market conditions and changes
- Compliance with internal and external requirement
Summary of the general nature of the job :
- Ensuring Day to Day activities are done
- To check documents (LC issuance & payments, Export, Imports (non-LC), etc strictly as per regulatory guidelines and internal process.
- To authorize transactions with accuracy without any overdraft in account/line.
- To ensure that proper approvals are in place before authorizing transactions.
- Adherence to turn-around-times and provide efficient customer service.
- Manage team deliverables.
- Customer Interaction
- Process Review and Automation
- Interaction with RBI Auditors & Statutory Auditors.
- Capital and Current account transactions
