HDFC Bank - Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate Group - Exchange House & Vostro (2-5 yrs)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Acquiring new relationships and managing existing relationships pertaining to Foreign Banks and Money Transfer companies across the globe. It includes scoping of any soecific geography to determine the potential and subsequently target these names.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing stakeholders
1. Responsible to Acquire and Manage Money Transfer companies and Foreign banks based overseas
2. Responsible in Sourcing the INR Vostro accounts for facilitating INR inward remittances into India and also for sourcing trade finance business. Will also be responsible for handling RBI Compliance.
3. Liaisie with IT to do integration with new clients thus acquired.
4. Liaise with Treasury and Operations for smooth functioning of the business.
5. Exploring opportunities to increase the portfolio through new product opportunities like trade loans, OPGSP, Online Outward product etc
Client servicing
1. Responsible to manage existing portfolio of clients allocated and achieve monthly targets.
2. Responsible for Product P&L and ensuring sales performance across the allocated set of clients
Required profile -
- Can be a mix of freshers from MBA / CA institutes or with minimum experience of 2 plus years
- CA or MBA from a reputed institute.
- Dynamic personality and flair for relationship management. Go getter.
- Aggressive approach, planning capabilities, Team Mgt skills/ process focused/ team person / relationship skills/analytical abilities.
- Energetic, Presentable and very good communication skills.
- Ability to identify correct target client & business opportunities. Ability to draw out short and long term business plans in line with the changing market dynamics.
