The incumbent would be in an individual contributor role working as end to end Business HR for Retail Branch Banking for part of Mumbai region. The position would cater to approx 700-800 employees. The incumbent needs to have good understanding of Business processes, Hiring & Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Recognition, Rewards, Attrition analysis, Exit Management, HR Communication, Career Progression, Internal Job Advertisements, Grievance Handling, New hire attrition initiatives, Campus Recruitment etc Apart from above, additionally would be accountable for as below: - Acquisition of new talent across varied businesses, keeping in line with the strategic long / short term directions for the growth of the organization. - Managing employee relations and engagement, managing any escalations on employee issues in the zone. - Responsible for Career Planning, Progression and Succession Planning of Key Associates. - Handling employee grievances keeping senior management in loop and also involving them wherever required. - Identifying training needs across various levels mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies. - Capture the employees concerns through various forums and working towards their effective and efficient resolution within the stipulated time frame. - Traveling to locations, one-on-one meeting with each employee to understand the issues if any and resolve. Create awareness of process and policy. - Increase HR service delivery through HR Connect Activities - Employee Relations & Talent Development - Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition & Retention - Optimization of source mix / recruitment mix - Maintenance & Preparation of various MIS's Required Profile : - The incumbent needs to be a full time MBA from Premier Institute - Relationship Management & People Management skills - Thorough knowledge of MS Office(Word, Powerpoint, Excel) - Needs to have conviction & attitude to learn & grow - Strong Conceptual & domain knowledge.
