This role is responsible for managing Multi Bank NetBanking Payment Gateway related requirement of state & Central government business in west/north. This will entail understanding the scope of work, assessing the requirement, discussion with aggregator for solutions, presenting solution and proposal to Govt institutions, autonomous bodies, facilitating UAT, merchant support on integration, documentation, go live, maintaining and evaluating merchant MIS- s, handling of complaints, designing and implementation of promotional activities for NetBanking in govt space. Further, he/she will also be responsible to engage with existing merchants and aggregators to drive business and volume and act as SPOC for them and manage merchant alliances for promotional activities in this region.

1. Scoping, solutioning, proposal and presentation of work related to collection of online payment using multi bank Netbanking

- Assessment of scope of work related to collection of online payment using multi bank NetBanking

- Facilitating discussion with aggregator on complete solution required

- Negotiating commercials with aggregator and preparing proposals. Giving presentation to various government bodies

2. Integration, On-boarding, Documentation & Go-Live, Operational support, maintenance & analysis of MIS

- Facilitating discussions between the client tech team and aggregator tech team to ensure proper walk through of the onboarding process to the client

- Facilitating tech integration and UAT for the client for multi bank NetBanking

- Ensuring proper agreement and documentation for onboarding both between client & Bank as well as between aggregator & Bank

- Tracking various stages of on-boarding and pushing for quick go live within stipulated timelines

- Extending necessary support on MIS/Recon front to the client, post go live

- Maintaining transaction MIS

- Assessment of volume/traffic across Banks

- Evaluating drop offs and ways to control them

3. Portfolio management & Merchant servicing

- Monitoring business of merchants in the portfolio

- Engaging with them for various initiatives to drive volume and spends

- Understanding of competition, new developments & initiatives among the portfolio merchants

- SPOC for all merchants in the respective region for all service related requirement

4. Merchant alliances for offers, promotion & Visibility

- Scoping of portfolio for merchant alliances

- Onboarding merchant offers

- Internal & external promotions on Digital platform across TG

- Ensuring visibility across platform, channels and front end staff

5. Competition Benchmarking

- Benchmarking of HDFC Bank NetBanking against other payment options basis

- Volume & market share,

- Areas of improvement

- Promotion, visibility
