HDFC Bank - Manager - Facility Management (8-15 yrs)
To facilitates Facility Management and ensure that all the procedures are as per the policies and compliance regulations ensuring a very comfortable work environment in order to have quality service provided to the customers.
- The Manager - Facility Management is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, to include Offices, Guest Houses, Branches, and ATM.
- Solid understanding of housekeeping and HK material supplies.
- Will assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed.
- Environmental Health & Safety.
- Regular reporting of admin related MIS to the central office.
- Track & Inputting of incidents in incident management application.
- Identify new projects/ process which will save cost & time.
- Vendor management, Staff training & Vendor development.
- Procurement lead
- QMS & PM
Key Skills(examples listed below)
- Should be able to converse fluently in the local languages of the region / branches under his purview.
- Should have a service attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT and Admin related software systems would be an added attribute
