MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (what you do and how you do it) :   Requirement analysis and design  - Responsible for Functional Requirements Specification, Operations Process Design of Business user requirements. Ensure that Requirements are captured - First Time Right from the user and translated into cost effective, efficient TO-BE processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies.   Project Management :   - Project lifecycle activities from concept, product UAT, Implementation by facilitating tracking, coordinating and reporting project activities to meet business deadlines and complying to IT governance policies and processes.  Functional Solution creation :   - Work with the vendor to define the functional solution for the business problem. Signoff on the vendor solution document ensuring that the same can be implemented and will address the requirements as defined by the sponsor.  Vendor Management :   Communication with business on project related clarifications nd issuesTechnology Project Management, FSD Sign Off, BOM Review & Sign Off, TCO Synchronization,ITPP Compliance, Resourcing, SoW Negotiations & Sign Off, Vendor Proposal StudyVendor Evaluation Matrix Creation, Vendor Fashion Parade, Effort Estimate EstablishmentVendor & Technology Project Monitoring, Vendor Project Managers Management,Vendor Commercials Management, Vendor & Project Funding Management Tracking, Tracking of over runs  SOX / Process :   SOX Compliance in all aspects as per the current policy. Follow all procedures as per the IT Processes and policies. Implementation of all the projects assigned to be as per the procedures laid down by the bank  Funding and payments process :   TCO preparation, Project ID creation post FPN approval. Raising the PORF and ensuring the PO is complete in all respects. Tracking the Invoices for all projects. Tracking of the FPN,   Release management :   Project execution, tracking and management. SIT of delivered components prior to UAT release. Delivery certification. Create policies for backups, recovery, etc. Autosys Integration. ACG handover. Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain existing systems. Ensure that all technical aspects have been taken care while designing for proper deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration. Coordination with multiple teams with ITG for rollout of application. Production Movement planning including Migration planning. Ensure that all documents related to RCF are in place. Conduct meetings with SMG for knowledge transfer and handover of projects. Proper co-ordination with the production support team to ensure smooth transition. Task delegation and getting the project tasks executed from outsourced resources  Preparation of MIS :   Maintain the MIS up to date, weekly and monthly i.e. project summary and dashboard. Produce the MIS as required by the senior management.  Process Improvement & Cost Savings :   Ensure that the solution/application being provided is with optimum cost. Conduct detailed system Analysis for finding areas for optimization and process improvements  Value Addds :   Function Point Analysis, work Break down Structures, Delivery & Quality SLA Monitoring, Development of Team Members  Technical Skills:   - Applications : OCR, Perfios, Teamchat, Chatbot, Imaging Solutions, Process Automations, Robotics, Data Lake/Big Data, Voice Enabled Solutions  - Operating Systems : IBM AIX, Windows  - Technologies : Hadoop & Big Data  - Database : Oracle 11g, MS-SQL Server 2012, No SQL Databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase  - Tools : SQL Developer, Putty, FileZilla, MS Office, IIS, Informatica 9.5.1, Business objects, OBIEE, data visualization tools like D3.js, GGplot etc  - Application Server : Tomcat WAS  - Others : Autosys, Scripting, Knowledge of Servers and Storage  - Machine Learning Concepts : Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and algorithms such as k-NN, Na- ve Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, common data science toolkits such as R, Weka, Numpy, MatLap etc, query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, statistical programming languages like R, Python, Julia or Scala and other concepts like linear algebra, data wrangling and data visualization, Google Analytics  Functional/Soft Skills :   - Domain knowledge on systems based on AI / MI Techniques like automations, imaging solutions, OCR, bots, chatbots etc  - Requirements Management, Analytical skills, Knowledge of SDLC and Project management.  - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to articulate complex processes.  - Relationship & Team Building Skills  - Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.   - Excellent time management, inter-personal, follow-up and delegation skills  Accountability :   Functional Project Management, Requirement Analysis and Preparation/Review of Functional Documentation, System Integration, Technology Project Management, Vendor Resources Management, Compliance to policy & Process, BOM & TCO Creation for P and above projects, Scope Management & Scope Creep Prevention, Administrative Approvals, Technology Evaluations, Solution Architecture.
