HDFC Bank - Legal Manager - Corporate Banking/Wholesale Banking (5-8 yrs)
Legal Advice:-
- To advise and provide clarifications on title to properties, etc. from time to time.
- To advise on commercial laws such as Companies Act, Stamp Act, Partnership Act, Limited liability Partnership Act etc.
- To advise on various services provider agreements viz. for e-Commerce, Marketing, etc. to be signed with various Vendors.
Assistance:-
To provide assistance and support to wholesale banking (CBG, ECG, FIG, BB, EEG, Capital & Commodity, LAP, Trade Finance etc. ) in resolving various legal issues, which includes preparing and vetting of loan documents, security documents (Mortgage Deed, Deed of Guarantee, Deed of Pledge); Escrow Agreements, NDAs, Consortium Agreements/documents, Tripartite Agreements with MIDC, Hypothecation, etc. from time to time.
Others:-
- To attend conference calls with clients and Counsels of the Bank/Clients for discussion on specific legal issues and arriving at solutions for the above matters
- Any other assignment as may be given by superiors from time to time
