Job Dimensions :  - Strategize, execute and lead the Social business/Innovation strategy/ in both product & services domain  - Effective alignment and co-ordination with respective stakeholders for all Internal and social business innovation strategy  - Maintaining a viable adaptable environment for innovation in banking domain for products and services  - Source and manage relationships with platform partners to support and develop commercial opportunities/ applications   - Monitor the competitors and be aware of market changes and development  - Research and understand impact of new mobile payment tools on leadership and innovation  - Guide the organization in becoming a pioneer and leader in adopting Social & New Media   - Liaising with different business teams on product-process improvement requirements and providing them with effective solution that can lead to revenue generation, cost and time saving  - Providing solutions to gain social media traction to engage customers online, provide real-time solutions to customer queries, generate leads from existing and new to bank customers and ensure conversions  - Evaluate start-ups, incubators and different companies to provide efficient solutions for the banks  - Generating new ideas, creation of concept notes and driving projects to make it Live/POC for appropriate revenue generation, cost saving and time saving  Primary Responsibilities:  Opportunity Mapping & Strategy Development  - Building on the ACE framework for Social Business, develop a vision for unification of tools and processes across social media landscape  - Championing the approach that HDFC Bank's digital banking strategy can be complete only with a strong internal competence model  - Focus on projects of foundational nature that will have a long lasting impact on the bank  - Develop a multi-pronged approach defined by Social Business team included a) creating a wholly new Banking channel in social media, b) transforming the internal culture of HDFC Bank to adopt social media technology and interaction patterns, and c) creating a blue print for engaging customers in a new way of customer to customer interactions  - Engage with organizations like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google etc to drive meaning alliances with the bank  - Creating dedicate teams to focus on internal and external social innovations  - Laying an emphasis on data analysis and analytics tools to drive social business success  - Laying the foundation for Center Of Digital Excellence (CODE), first of its kind initiative for organisation digital success cutting across teams like Digital Banking, IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and many others"  Creating a robust idea generation methodology and execution team  - Identifying and building a team of Social & New Media Specialists  - Ensure business approval on at least 48 ideas  - Deliver enterprise value through on-boarding of business on the Internal Collaboration Platforms  Project Delivery :   - Focus on delivery of at least 10 projects of large & medium scale  - Project & Stakeholder management to ensure that every project is signed off by the relevant stakeholders  - Building the processes to ensure that the team delivers to the same standards above  - Delivering enterprise value in the form of cost or time savings of the value of Rs. 2 Cr  Organization Impact :   - Ensuring that HDFC Bank is able to establish a considerable advantage over its competition in the domain of Social Business & New Media  - Represent the organisation at events and engage with the world's leading technology providers and emerging startups  - Help the organisation successfully launch disruptive and transformational solutions using Social Media Technology, AI, Blockchain and IoT  - Ensure that HDFC Bank is recognized and awarded for its innovations at prestigious industry forums  - Ability to write strategic papers for management & board guidance  Educational Background :  Post Graduate with specialization in Digital Marketing & Strategy with 15+ years of experience digital consulting, hand on social media & digital marketing, customer acquisition, consulting start-ups/incubators, market research & analytics.
