Job Responsibilities(JR)  

Business Related:

- To trade on Equity markets in India and generate a positive return, within the set regulatory rules / limits and in compliance with market risk obligations.

- To generate reports and give inputs to the PBG team with regards to market views and sector / stock outlook.

- To provide regular updates / data to senior / supervisors with regards to market / stock movements.

Financial Objective : Revenue target at 5 crores

Relationship Management - external and internal

- Interact with Brokers and other market participants to understand all possible developments that may impact equity markets in India.

Internal Processes - Screening and Selection of Brokers for the desk.

Educational Qualifications(examples listed below) Key Skills(examples listed below)

Graduation: Any

Post graduate: MBA OR CA / CFA / CMT will be added advantage.

- Knowledge of Technical Analysis / Derivative analysis will be a strong advantage.

- Strong in Analytical & statistical skills, result oriented approach & good interpersonal skills will be a pre-requisite

- Knowledge of Treasury as a function & aptitude for markets would be preferable

- Prior exposure to Treasury / Market understanding will be an advantage

- Active in Equity / Foreign exchange (FX) / interest rates and derivative markets.

Experience Required(examples listed below)

- Minimum experience in years 3 - 7 years in financial markets (Buy / sell side analysts will be preferred)
