Job Purpose IB caters to specific products across the Bank's Wholesale Banking customer spectrum. IB has Loan syndication team which is responsible for structured selling down of the loan book as per the Bank's requirement. Job Responsibilities : - Managing client relationship for achieving the desired business numbers - Preparation of Credit appraisal proposals. Doing Financial Analysis and presenting the proposals to Credit department for sanctions - Undertake the negotiation of documentation with legal department or legal counsel for finalization of legal documentation - Constantly monitor the developments happening in and around competition MIS Preparation, Analysis and compliance with policies and procedures. Educational Qualifications : - Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills - Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation. - Good MIS preparation and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience Required : - CA / MBA with 2-3 years of experience.
