- Converting product and structuring ideas generates by ECM team into client presentations with attention to detail. - Financial analysis (historical) and financial modeling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives. - Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis - Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparables, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis. - Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective. - Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.
