HDFC Bank - Associate - Corporate Finance/Investment Banking (2-6 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To assist in providing advisory services, arranging capital and placement of debt and equity securities to investors, providing long term and project financing and maintaining relationships with Wholesale Banking clients of the bank in order to attain the bank's objective of Brand leadership
Sectors:
Roads, Railways, Logistics, Warehouse, Auto-auto ancillary
Business Development:
- Assisting the team in pitching, ideation deal execution
- Independently supporting deal execution with senior team members.
- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery
Key Skill :
- Strong analytical abilities
- Knowledge of industry and companies
- Conversant with handling corporate database
- Good accounting knowledge
- Good presentation skills
- Prior experience in deal execution esp documentation
- Ability to build relationships
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/CA from premiere institute
- 2-6 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit
