Primary responsibility of the candidate shall be to manage back office operations for all the foreign branches of the Bank. Candidate should have knowledge on the working of foreign branches and the products serviced, like Retail Products, Wealth Management, Treasury Operations, Trade Operations. The role will require candidate to manage the team and ensure turn around time is adhered to. 1. To ensure that Bank guidelines are adhered too for all transactions done. 2.To ensure that the KYC / AML checks are done very thoroughly for all transactions. 3.Coordination with Overseas branches / Product teams / Business for various level of discussions on daily processing, launch of new products, MIS requirements, customer deliverables. 4.Submission of regulatory returns. 5.To ensure that Business Continuity plan in place and is tested periodically 6.To ensure that all the processes rolled out are documented, signed off by Management. 7.To assist the External & Internal Auditors during the periodic audits, by providing necessary information. 8.To ensure efficiency in processes and continuous review 9.For the betterment of systems and keeping up with increased volumes, a periodic review of systems. There should be continuous interaction with Business Analyst teams to get improvements in system.
