- To track client penetration basis CRM reports

- RM Score card review - Balance Sheet, Revenue, NTBs

- Regional/Industry performance review

- Projects/Tableau enhancments

- Raising BRDs with BIU operations, UAT, go-live

- Budgeting cycle

- Cashflow checking

- Preparation of plan BDP

- Cost Analysis

- Justifying growth in cost basis the business drivers

- Staffing approvals

- Tracking overall CTOI
