PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

- To monitor the business growth and to coordinate internally with regard to business productivity and budgets in order to attain the set objectives of the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Monitoring business activities :

1. Monitoring Entire Retail liabilities portfolio

2. Summarizing and presenting it to senior management through Presentations

3. Monitoring CA value growth and liaising with product team for unusual observations

4. Monitoring CA Activation for new as well as base accounts.

5. Analyzing annual CASA budgets & checking the deviations

6. Tracking of key business objectives which are set during the year.

7. Single point of contact for Base adjustments which are done for exceptional years or

- Interdepartmental transfer of relationships :

8. Analysis of sourcing of CASA.

Requirement :

1. Applicant needs to have work as a Financial Analyst

2. Must have good oral and written communication skills as profile requires lot of interaction with Seniors across divisions.

3. Post Graduate with minimum 2-8 years experience, CA/MBA preferred

4. Basic banking knowledge is a must

5. Techno Savvy and Flair for MIS / Data crunching

6. Will be required to work against tight deadlines

7. Team player and good communication and presentation skills

8. Should be proficient in MS EXCEL
