Delivery of Digital Factory Programs :


- Document project scope, deliverables. develop project plans with key milestones and Creation of WBS

- Facilitate and driving Project kick-off meetings to review the FSD/BRD.

- Categorize requirements into a project plan.

- Create, establish and manage overall project plan, including key milestones, detailing schedules, controls, resources and costs

- Execute, control, monitor, and close the Project following the product development processes in close cooperation with all project partners

- Managing resources as part of a cross-functional team that is required to complete a project.

- Record and manage deviations, risks and issues related to the new or changed service and take necessary corrective action

- Identify project risks & flag them upfront, control them and manage regular communication to stakeholders, ensuring thoroughness in dealing with the details

- Create & maintain project status reports for all assigned projects. Facilitate regular meetings with all relevant stakeholders and project team to discuss/share status and to track progress & health of the project.

- Work with the Product Owner to drive effective product planning, story prioritization, and backlog management.

- Implement and optimize Scrum processes in JIRA. Continuously monitors the scrum processes to increase efficiency

- Overall responsibility for the timely and effective delivery of one or more scrum teams to meet agreed upon program objectives.

- Hands on experience with various project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft etc.

Leadership and Mentoring :

- Work with other scrum masters and program/project managers to drive best and consistent practices across teams

- Effective leadership, analytical skills, and negotiation skills

- Coaches the Scrum Masters to empower and maximize their potential

- Create a positive team environment where autonomy, mastery, and purpose are at the fore by promoting coaching, individual development, and high-performance standards

- Guide the teams on product engineering and ensure evidence-based continuous improvement of value, flow, and quality-focused on delivering value to end-customers early and often

Stakeholder Management :

- Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization and ensuring participation and delivery from various control functions

- Comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders

- Articulate program commercial metrics including business outcomes, burn rates, business benefits & costs etc.

- Collaborate closely with senior leaders across different teams, and other experts on a day-to-day basis to ensure great delivery capabilities
